William Walsh is the author of The Conscience of My Other
Being, The Ordinary Life of a Sculptor, and
Speak So I Shall Know Thee: Interviews with Southern Writers.
He is the editor of Under the Rock Umbrella:
Contemporary American Poets from 1951-1977, available in
August 2006 (Mercer University Press). He recently finished a
novel, A Weird Girl from Heaven, as well as a second
collection of interviews, Human Genius: New and Selected
Literary Interviews. He is currently working on a new
collection of poems and a novel. He resides with his wife and
three children in Atlanta, Georgia where he works as a fraud
investigator. He is a avid golfer and tennis player, having won
numerous tournaments in each.
